Sequence Memory Test — Visual Memory Game
Sequence memory tests your ability to hold a visual pattern in working memory. Tiles flash in a random order; you repeat it. Every level adds one step. Most adults reach level 7-9 — the classic "7 plus or minus 2" working-memory limit. Scores above 12 are genuinely rare.
Formula
score = highest level completed (sequence length) Average: 7-9 · Good: 10-12 · Exceptional: 13+
Example
Levels cleared: 1,2,3,…,9 then a mistake at 10 → score = 9
How to Use
- 1. Press Start — tiles flash in sequence.
- 2. Repeat the exact order by tapping the tiles.
- 3. Each round adds one step to the sequence.
- 4. One wrong tile ends the game — your level is the score.
